Menu bar doesn't work on mobile and tablet

http://notesfromeverywhere.com Hi there I have a problem with my menu bar. Everything works fine on a laptop, but it doesn't want to appear on mobiles or tablets. I checked in my settings and the Menu is set to a primary menu ( it's not a widget of any sort) What could be the problem and can it be fixed? thank you Zuza
