Menu alignment and white space

Hi I just upgraded Catch Box from Version: 1.7.2 to version 2.8.3 I use to have a white space under the search box and then the menu and then a white space and then the page heading. Now the menu have moved up to right under the search box and the white space under the menu is very big before I get the page heading. I have only updated the site locally so I can't show the difference, but I can email or post screen shots
