Menu adding items on its own

www.with-a-grain-of-salt.com I am using simple catch pro which I have used for several sites but I am having an issue on this particular site that has never happened before. I am creating pages that are being added to the menu automatically, without me checking the boxes and adding to menu. Even when I try to make a page a sub item of another menu tab, it shows that I have done it on the menu page, but on the site itself it still stays as its own tab. I hope this is making sense.
