Masking Domain – responsive lost

Hello - We have installed the catchbox theme which is fantastic, but have redirected a domain to the install domain with masking and it appears we have lost the responsive design element to the site ? Any ideas......or is this a sad newbie question ? :-) Cheers Matt.
