Managed WordPress Hosting And Catchbox pro update

Hello great CatchThemes im think to move one of my website to Managed Wordpress Hosting (Godaddy). I just want to know something, generally i install new version of catchbox pro trought FTP and overwrite all existing files. If i switch to manage wordpress hosting i don't have ftp access (ithink) im not sure. Can i install new catchbox pro version trought my wordpress dashboard? If yes how?
