Making the main part bigger

Hi, My question can sound a little foolish/stupid, but still I think it's worth answerring. On my website (manusmixtures.be) I want to make the main part (in white) a little bigger, while the border (skin colour) to be smaller. Can anybody help me ? I'm using Catch Box. Greetz, Manu
