Making Footer and Header Transparent

Hi, my footer and header are white, and I'd like them to be transparent. This is the site I'm working on: http://test.terrapinit.com/blog/?page_id=572 I'd like the page to open straight into the Parallax header, with no white background at the footer. Any help?
