Make Featured SLider Images "not Clickable"

Hi guys. I was wondering how I can make the pictures I've used for featuring sliders not openable by click. I made my featured slider's pictures creating posts and making the pic a Featured one for the same post.. So then I putted the progressive number to link it in this menu Appearence-->theme options-->Featured Slider--> featured post slider options Now, everything works pretty good but if i click on one of the pictures shown in the slider the post I've made will open.. Can Avoid it and keep the pic just for the slider? Hope it was clear... :)
