Make 3 Columns Equal

Hi, I'm using Catch Evolution Pro. This is an awesome theme! Can you please tell me how to make the 3 columns equal in height and width? I also need to know the name of the widget that controls the middle column. It appears that: 3 Column Sidebar controls Column 1 Homepage Sidebar controls Column 3 Which widget controls Column 2?
