Major Issue With Google AdWords On Clean Journal Pro

Hi. I'm adding my adwords in article or in feed code to my home page and it puts a blank yellow box where the javascript code is placed. I don't know how to fix or why its doing this. Simultanelously i see google ad in the sidebar and i haven't added anything there. Please advise. Thanks. Martha
