Main sidebar shows up bottom of page

I have widgets in the main sidebar for http://www.curadel.com, MS Members login, a text widget for the company address and a search box. I can't get the main sidebar (or any of the optional sidebars) to show up on the side of the content, it is showing up at the very bottom, right.
