Main Sidebar no longer able to be modified

I am running Catch Adaptive Pro theme version 2.5.3 on test3.franciscanfriars.org (as a test site for franciscanfriars.org) and I tried to add a widget to the Primary Sidebar, and It won't update. I can add the widget on the dashboard, but the widget does not show up on the site.
