Main Page has been damaged

Previous developer has hardcoded main page https://www.monsrilanka.com and not possible to use possibilities of WP Dashboard to update it such as Slide Images, Text, footer with facebook logo and link... How can I easy go back to current setup of this page without breaking everything ? Thanks.
