Main menu on frontpage

Hi there, I am working on the page http://www.provincie-alicante.nl/ On mobile devices, the frontpage of the "Christmas Bell | Free WordPress Theme" shows a small dropdown menu, consisting of three horizontal lines and the word "MENU" next to it. However: on bigger displays, the dropdown menu is not shown. In stead, the theme shows links to all the pages of the site. I would like to have the dropdown menu always. Is that possible?
