main background image not displaying

Hello all, I'm replacing an outdated theme that is no longer supported on my web site and I found Catch Flames. It appears to be a good replacement for what the previous theme was doing as all the features in the previous theme are just a small subset of Catch Flames. The only thing I can't seem to figure out is how to get the background image to display, the URL is www.gifnet.us I set the background image in the control panel as the image below shows. I know my way around the control panel but I can't seem to find anything that is set to disable it. Any ideas as to what I might be doing wrong or missing
