Main and Footer menus showing on mobile pages

Hi, Since the December 2015 updates, I just noticed the main and footer menus are showing up on the mobile phone - Chrome and the built in browser on Samsung Galaxy S4. I haven't tested it on any other mobile device. I restored the theme only from a backup from Oct 2015 and the problem disappeared, so I know it is from a recent update. Perhaps it is having compatibility issues with WP 4.4? I also reinstalled WP 4.4 just to make sure that wasn't the issue, but I still have the same issue.
