Mailchimp web form not working on pages

Hello, Wondering if you can help me out. I've recently added a Mailchimp web form to this page (http://www.ardennealumniny.com/newsletter-subscription/) and for some reason the submit button does not display. At first I thought it was the code but I tested it out on other themes, including the Wordpress default theme, and it works on those themes but not on this one. The Mailchimp sidebar widget works fine, just can't seem to get it to display completely on a page. Any ideas what may be causing the conflict and how I can fix this? Thanks so much! P.S.
