Lucida pro: switch position between date and site-description

Hi: I have started by trying to move this <h2 class="site-description">' . get_bloginfo( 'description' ) . '</h2> from custom-header.php to structure.php in row 82. But it does not work. How can it do it properly? Regards Raul
