Lower limit on font-size?

Hi there, Is there, by the way, o lower limit on font-size? I have not been able neither in posts nor in widgets neither by block elements , like p or div, nor through inline elements, like span, to use a font-size below 14px. How can I get around this limit? Regards, Frank
