lost widgets

Scream! I've been working all morning on trying to add a footer with a link to a magazine we have an ad in. No luck. Then my side widgets are gone. I had 3 contact info, facebook plugin and info on upcoming free class. I also lost my footer with contact information. I have been trying to use a slider with 3 pictures and put the pics on the featured image pages and put the page id in the customizer with no luck. Please help
