Lost my free page setups when I upgraded

Tried Bizboost, and decided to get the PRO (cuz, as usual, you are great), but my page designs did not come over (I don't remember having this problem in the past - but, whatever. How can I recapture my work from the free version? It comes up if I reactivate it? I don't want to do it all over by hand. Thank you.
