Logo, social icons and menu gone

I have updated to the version Catch Katmandhu 3.7.2 and Wordpress 4.5.2, and now my header is missing. The logo, the menu and the social icons are all gone. And all I have in Options for the child theme I'm using is Widgets, which are not there either to edit. How can I get the Options for the updated theme in my child theme?
