Logo size on homepage

How do I increase the size of the logo please? On http://staging.nourishedpathways.com.au/ the logo image is actually 400 x 400. How is the logo size controlled please, so that I can make it bigger? You can see that the existing site using Catch Flames Free, the logo is rendered at an appropriate size. Thanks
