Logo Size and Email Capture Form

My website is www.myhomepathway.com 1) The logo is displaying really small and I can't figure out how to enlarge it. Any ideas on why it won't appear bigger? 2) I want to add an email sign up form as well somewhere on the page. Preferably right below the main header image and above the blog content. Code for sign up form: <iframe src="https://cdn.forms-content.sg-form.com/c6615965-fc2b-11ea-bfe5-1a62a0e1419e"/> I don't see where is the best place to add this content/link/form.
