Logo – size and centre

Hello! I want to make my logo bigger, I tried .custom-logo { max-width: 100%; } but it didn't work. I have a couple of other additional CSS code for my logo to centre it and float at the top above the menu which is working. My website is sazerelli.com Please can you review and advise the CSS I need? Many thanks!
