Logo resizing wrong on phone

Hi! Is there a way to make the header image not get cropped so i can have my whole logo as the big photo. Or, why does my logo, added as the logo image, not resize right when on a phone. It gets hidden behind a search bar on the right side i don't know how to get rid off. It isn't there on the computer size. Many thanks!
