Logo and Space

Hi. I am hoping someone can really help me! I put my logo in as the header and there is SO MUCH SPACE between logo and menu bar. How do I make it so the logo is above the menu bar and take out all that space? Please let me know. Your feedback is much appreciated!! Thank you Amy
