Logo and header top sidebar

Hi, site: home-upgrader.com In the free version of kathmandu I Succeeded to have the logo and header side topbar next to each other. Now I have the pro version and I can't get it right. Can you help me? Another issue is the color of links on the page, they are blue and I can't find where to change this. Last issue is the line between body and footer, can't seem to change the color of this line? Kind regards, Peter
