logo aligned to menu

Hi! please, can you help me with one trouble, i've insert the company logo insted of title, but the logo comes aligned on the bottom, and the menu is on top, but i like to have both the elements, logo end menu, with the same alignement, like you preview with the title "Business Pro - "Premium Business Theme" and the menù http://catchthemes.com/demo/wen-business/ thankyou! have a nice day Isabella
