Live preview and Reset all settings not working

I after some issues with custom css on a child theme within my site I encountered several issues and so I deleted both child and parent theme. I fully deleted their directories from the server and reinstalled a fresh download from the Catch Themes website. However after activating the parent theme (no child theme installed yet). The live preview does not work and "Reset all settings" gives me an error saying "Invalid Value." and nothing changes. Can someone please help me?
