Slider info text

Hi, is it possible to link slider info text to another post? I'll try to explain. If you go to demo od Catch Kathmandu Free Theme: https://wordpress.org/themes/catch-kathmandu you can click on text: "Seto Ghumba Situated western part in the outskirts of the Kathmandu valley, Seto Gumba also known as Druk Amitabh Mountain or White Monastery, is one of the most popular Buddhist monasteries of Nepal." and you will go to that post. My idea is to keep the same text: "Seto Ghumba Situated western part in the outskirts of the Kathmandu valley, Seto Gumba also known as Druk Amitabh Mountain or White Monastery, is one of the most popular Buddhist monasteries of Nepal." but when i choose to click on this text I want to go to some specific post or page.
