Link Hover Color Header Right Sidebar

Hello, I need some help with the Link Hover Color in my Header Right Sidebar. I cannot seem to change the HOVER color. I tried to create a class style for the phone number and while I was able to effect the size, I could not effect the color. I do not want a Blue hover color. Thank you!
