Link from front page slider to a different post

Is there a way I can have a link on the front page slider to a different post? At the moment I am making a post specifically for the front page slider but when someone clicks on that image I want them to be taken to the post that relates to that photo not the post I created to have the right words on the slider. The website is www.stehnbuild.com.au if you look at the post linked to the projects pages you can see where I want people to end up. I hope I have explained myself ok. Thanks
