Link customization of Homepage/frontpage options & Services

Hello, I have been customizing this theme for a business and i have one thing i simply cannot get done. I want to change the auto-generated links that are created by the Homepage/frontpage and Services options on the index page, to a static specified link on a different part of the website. Any idea how i can accomplish this? It doesn't seem like it is a task i can handle with some custom CSS. Sincerely, Stefan.
