Link Color Not Applying to Theme

I have my Simple Catch theme set to #dd521f for Link Color in Appearance > Theme Options > Content Color Options, and yet, when you view my site you'll see that the links throughout my body text and sidebars are all black. http://uncledavescow.com/ Can anyone tell me why the link color isn't applying?
