Lessen image border

How can I lessen the space on the top and the bottom on smaller post image. Please see Jennifer Aniston image as an example. I would like the same amount of space underneath and above the image as there is on the sides. http://hidemyage.com/aging-gracefully-or-trying-ageless/ Thanks! Kim
