Legal notice link in footer?

Hello, I created a page with our legal notice (site disclaimer) but wouldn't want it to appear in the menu, but I'd like there to be a simple link in the footer area where there's the copyright mention, the 'powered by wordpress' and 'theme : catch evolution'. The site is www.lamhotte.fr/ecole where can i put in the html code? Thank you for your support Pieter
