Layout reset when moving from other theme?

Hi I've been using the Catch Responsive pro for several years, and it is time to change the design. I've installed the Parallel Frame in a test site, but I have several layout issues and pages not loading etc. Is there a way to clear everything from the old design but the pages, images and menus?
