Layout Option

Hi everyone. I've a problem while trying to change the Layout Option for some pages. If I change the selection using the dropdown menu (for instance from "Default" to "Content, Primary Sidebar) and update the page it always return to "Default" option. It happens only for some pages, while for others works fine... Someone can help? Marco
