last update increased my logo

Hi after the last update my png-logo was increased. I have uploaded it again with 141px × 126px and it always increased automaticly to 168px × 150px. I also would like to change the font size and uploaded a png - the same happend. Could you assist? (www.unterwegsunddaheim.de) Thanks.
