Language options in featured content (Featured image content) missing

Hi, I am making a site in Danish and German and need all of the content to appear in both languages. Unfortunately, I cannot see how it is possible to make a Danish and a German version of the featured content. I tried to work my way around that includes both languages in one, but when adding content text to the featured image content (3 columns), this would need a blank line or some other effect that separates one language from the other. As it is now, the text layout cannot be modified at all. I have no clue about CSS - but would that be an option and if so, can anyone send me the code? Hope anyone can help :-) Zora
