Kathmandu Pro Color Settings Not Working

I am using Kathmandu Pro and want to change all of the blue on my homepage to a red. I have changed the color settings so that #800000 is supposed to be showing instead of the blue, but it isn't updating the color. Why aren't the color changes working for me?
