Just updated: strange menu has appeared, custom CSS isn't working

I just updated from Catch Box Pro 4.1 to 4.6, and there are two issues: 1) A new menu (mobile menu?) has appeared that I can't seem to get rid of 2) My custom CSS (that you helped me with) that made the search box long and centered under the title words isn't working.
