Just switched to your great theme

I have looked at the samples of other sites.  But I am stuck.  I have not been able to see how you make the menu at the top with drop down menus. My big questions is how you make the header different on every page and it fills the page.  My website is https://parentsrights.ca Or change the footer colors.  I have used wordpress for years but just getting back to making sites for people.  Thank you Patsy
