Just purchased nothing happens??

I just recently uploaded WordPress hosted by GoDaddy.com - Under theme appearance I paid $54 to upgrade to Pro. Great! Now what?? The upgraded version does not show up under my account on WordPress and nothing happened. I have a copy of the product key but what good does it do me? How do I actually get the upgrade install on my server? Any help is appreciated!
