JSON error when trying to change text in footer widget

Hi - I'm using Solid Construction Pro Child, and am getting the following message when I try to update the text in the widget for Footer 2: There was an error. The response is not a valid JSON response. Website is: www.hockema.com What does that mean and how do I fix it?  Our address has changed and I need to update in on the website. Thanks
