Jomsom Pro Submenus

According to the video instructions, the submenu I created "Our Dogs Past and Present" should be located under the "About" menu, but instead it is a whole new main menu topic. Please help! I would also like to know how to make the "About" menu topic not actually be a page requiring content. Just a navigational tab. Is this possible? https://gsplife.com Thanks!
