Jomsom Pro – Changing font family

Hey, When I try to change the font in the "Font Family Options" to a font that I don't have in my local machine - it doesn't show it (it just defaults to serif). I thought that the font should be imported from Google Fonts even if I/user don't have it in my local machine?
