Javascript error in theme – causes Ninja Forms problem

After upgrade of my website to WordPress 5.5, my Ninja Form contact form stopped showing on the Contact page. I sent a message to Ninja Forms and they told me the problem was my theme was generating a javascript error: There is a JS error on your page that is causing Ninja Forms not to display. Uncaught TypeError: e(…).live is not a function This error is coming from the file: https://chickadeewebdesign.com/wp-content/themes/catch-kathmandu/js/catchkathmandu-allmenu.min.js?ver=20140317 Page with blank contact form: https://chickadeewebdesign.com/contact/ Please advise.
