Issues with using filters

Good day! I have recently bought Shutter Up Pro and I am trying to use the filter function as demonstrated in the demo: IMAGE I have marked all the categories in the customizer and all posts are shown, but the filter buttons are not visible. What setting do I have to change to enable them? Thanks!
